As it will be one of the most meaningful days of your life, our goal is to make sure this special day is captured in its true essence. We are committed to making this special day filled with so much joy, celebration, emotion, and love at its purest. To the grand moments and subtle ones, and the fleeting ones that often go unnoticed, we see it all. Together, we’ll create a timeless collection of images that you’ll cherish and revisit for years to come.

How do we secure our date?

To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Once both are completed your date is confirmed, and we can begin planning your session.

Can I share my vison board or request specific poses or shots?

Yes, of course! Our goal is to make the session as comfortable as possible for you. We are open to all your ideas and want to make your vision comes to life. Even if you are not familiar with poses, don't worry, we are here to assist and make sure you are as confident as possible in front of the camera.

Can we meet before the session?

We make it a mission to make sure we do proper consult for your session to know exactly what you are looking for. It can be over email, text, phone calls, and even if person if the time and scheduling allows us to meet.

what if i dont see the type of photo session i want?

Our investment page is a just a few of the general services we offer, we know it does not cover everything. We are open to different types of photoshoots even creative work! Shoot us an email describing your request and we can work together to come up with the best package and pricing that suits your needs.

Do you provide sneak peaks?

Yes, we love sharing a little preview of your special day! We aim within the first 24-48 hours after your session or event, to send a small selection of edited images as a sneak peek. This allows you to get an idea of how they turned out and you'll be able to share with family and friends while you wait for your full gallery to be delivered.

how will our photos be delivered?

You will receive a private, high-resolution online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images with family and friends. We prioritize the privacy of our clients, so these collections are only accessed by password. Our clients also have a separate access password to make any photos they want hidden from the ones you share with.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand circumstances can always change, and events can be rescheduled or even cancelled unfortunately. If possible, we would like a notice at least 48-72 hours before. In the case of a cancellation within the 24-hour prior, deposits won't be refunded but we will try our best to accommodate and make it the process as smooth as possible.

What is your typical turnaround time?

For portrait and lifestyle sessions, your final gallery is typically delivered within 3-4 weeks.

For weddings and larger events estimated delivery usually takes 8-12 weeks. This allows us to carefully select and edit images to ensure your gallery is beautifully curated and timeless.
